Fall Campout – Sept 9 – 11

Fox Nation Indian Guides & Princesses!

Fall camp out is approaching quickly the weekend of September 9 through 11, 2016. This event is a great opportunity to meet your new tribe or reconnect while spending special father-son/daughter time together! Either drive up on Friday night or Saturday morning & spend a good ‘ole fashioned weekend in the great outdoors!

Camp Anokijig Activities

Camp activities galore await you such as swimming, archery competitions, BB gun marksmanship contest, Native American arts & crafts, fishing, canoeing, face painting, horseback rides, and the annual Fox Nation torch parade and ceremonial campfire on Saturday night!  Spend all day at one activity or try them all – it’s up to you!  Make the drive up Friday afternoon & grab a prime cabin or tent location and cook out your hot dogs, burgers, s’mores (whatever you bring on up!) for dinner while enjoying casual community time with your tribe!  Full hot & tasty meals are included Saturday (breakfast, lunch & dinner) and Sunday breakfast.  And, don’t forget to bring your critter catcher to grab your critter for our famous Critter Race and a decorated old sock for the annual “Old Man Grouch” burial at the flagpole!  These are the types of annual traditions your children will look forward to at each campout!

Fox Nation Fall Picnic

Fox Nation family!

Join us on August 28 from 3pm – 6pm at Townline Community Park for our annual fall picnic! There will be award winning barbecue served by our very own Jeff Silvers from Smokin’ Deal BBQ, as well as games and activities for the kids. In addition, we’re lucky to have an authentic Aztec dance performance, with costumed dancers and authentic music.

More information on the picnic logistics

This “welcome back” picnic is the first all nation event of the 2016 – 2017 Fox Nation Indian Guides & Princesses season. It’s the perfect opportunity for new or prospective members to learn more about Indian Guides and Princesses, meet the other dads and kids in your tribes, and eat some world famous BBQ.

This is an all family event for new and current members so come out and join us for an afternoon of fun! This is also the perfect opportunity to extend an invitation to neighbors and friends to learn about the Fox Nation. Even if you can’t make the entire picnic, stop over and say hi!
