Fox Nation Indian Guides & Princesses Fall Campout: September 5 – 7, 2014

Welcome!  Kick off your year with Fox Nation Indian Guides & Princesses by attending the first of three nation-wide weekend campouts! The Fall Campout will be held September 5 – 7, 2014 at nation-favorite Camp Anokijig, about a 2-hour drive north in beautiful Plymouth, Wisconsin!

This weekend-long event is a great opportunity to meet or reconnect with your tribe while spending special father-son/daughter time together! Drive up on Friday night or Saturday morning & spend a good ‘ole fashioned weekend in the great outdoors!  Camp activities galore await you such as swimming, archery competitions, BB gun marksmanship contest, Native American arts & crafts, fishing, canoeing, face painting, horseback rides, and the annual Fox Nation torch parade and ceremonial campfire on Saturday night!  Spend all day at one activity or try them all – it’s up to you!  Drive up Friday night & get your tent pitched (or grab a cabin!) and cook out your hot dogs, burgers, s’mores (whatever you bring on up!) for dinner while enjoying casual community time with your tribe!  Full hot & tasty meals are included Saturday (breakfast, lunch & dinner) and Sunday breakfast (departure is noon!).  Full agenda of events is coming soon, so check back daily.

And, don’t forget to bring your critter catcher to grab your critter for our famous Critter Race and a decorated old sock for the annual “Old Man Grouch” burial at the flagpole!  These are the types of annual traditions your children will look forward to at each campout!

“My kids talk about these campouts year-round and how much they look forward to attending,” said 4-year member, Jeff Savage.  “With school, activities, sports and 24/7 access to technology, events such as these are great opportunities to unplug and spend quality one-on-one time with my kids!  After each one, we take away excellent memories and start looking forward to the next one!”
